Daddy Stop Eating
Well as the new year is upon me, I have many new resolutions. One of them obviously being the prototypical “weight loss.”
I was on my way driving somewhere late last year listening to ESPN Radio as usual. During a NFL talk, an analyst who played for Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins, Mark Schlereth, said the best way to lose weight was……. “DON’T EAT!” It is something everyone knows, yes. It is not something that’s easy for everyone however. I do have tendencies to visit the pantry often when I’m home. So I had kids write this and put it up on the pantry door. Nothing works better than this to deter me away from eating. A man has to do what a man has to do to get to his goal, u know what I mean?
